WHY WE EXIST.

the Mission Community exists to bring disconnected people into authentic community and journey with them in a life-transforming relationship with Jesus Christ.

We desire to be the kind of church described in the Bible - a church with relevant teaching, heart-felt worship, honest friendships, constant prayer, and compassionate care for those in need. We'd like to be a place where encountering God is the norm and where spiritual renewal inspires and encourages the entire community, one life at a time.

So whether you're a spiritual seeker who's asking questions about God, one who has given up on church, or a committed Christian who wants to sink the roots of your faith even deeper, you can connect at the Mission Community.

WHAT WE BELIEVE.

A few of the convictions that unify our efforts:

• God loved us first, before we ever did anything to deserve it.
  
• The church should be culturally relevant, creative, and doctrinally sound.
  
• We hold to the teachings of Jesus Christ as told in the Bible and accept the Bible as truth that has the power to transform lives.
  
• An authentic encounter with God will change your life.
  
• Authenticity frees people and glorifies God.
  
• Transformation happens best in a relationally safe place – we call it “community.”
  
• All people matter to God.
  
• Those in the church should be equipped for ministry and set free to influence and encourage their world, one life at a time.

• God has called the church to grow and reproduce other healthy, growing churches.
